About Spokes exists to serve cyclists in the South West Herts area. Their main objective is to further the cause of cycling in this area. They are independent and non political and funding comes from members’ subscriptions.

To organise a programme of cycle rides to provide for all tastes
To publish a quarterly newsletter free to members
Area covered Three Rivers, Watford Borough and West Hertsmere.
